The first day commenced with presentations of research findings that will contribute to a comprehensive handbook. This was followed by discussions about training sessions aimed at youth workers and young people, emphasizing the Training of Trainers that will take place in Serbia during October. Partners then discussed a detailed overview of the Work Package (WP) tasks, focusing on the activities that remain to be completed. The day concluded with an organizational meeting to finalize the work plan for the WP, ensuring all objectives would be met in a timely manner. To enrich the experience, attendees visited the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion, gaining cultural insights and fostering team bonding.
The second day shifted focus to project management, addressing critical aspects such as reporting and financial issues. Attendees engaged in meticulous planning of upcoming activities, aligning their strategies to ensure smooth execution. Dissemination of project outcomes and information was also a key topic, highlighting the importance of sharing progress and results with broader audiences. An interactive simulation of practical activities was conducted, allowing participants to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. This hands-on approach not only reinforced learning but also encouraged collaboration and problem-solving among the meeting partners.
